At Oracle he was responsible for the Accenture relationship and during his time with Mercator he held the post of Alliances Director, Northern Europe. |

![]() | Iain Bray Iain Bray joined InterSystems in 1995 and is currently a Senior Technical Architect in the Strategic Healthcare Department, where he specialises in advising healthcare organisations on their IT integration challenges. He is one of the principal architects of the HealthShare solution currently being deployed as part of the Swedish NPÖ (National Patient Overview). He has worked in the IT industry for nearly 30 years, in application design, development and support. He has specialised in networking and distributed computing, most recently covering such topics as dynamic web applications, wide area database replication, data transfers between disparate systems using XML, messaging, and middleware. He has experience of working alongside many organisations in a wide variety of market areas including healthcare, banking and logistics, and is regularly involved in advising InterSystems’ customers on their use of its products and helping them to keep up to date with new trends and technologies. He has played a key role advising such organisations as Philips Media Group, NHS Information Authority, UK Police Forces, Torex Healthcare and the Misys Group. |
| Richard Currier Richard Currier brings over 30 years of technology experience to his role of spearheading strategic initiatives at InterSystems. Prior to joining InterSystems, he worked as a consultant, providing strategic marketing advice to over 400 companies including Cognos, GE, HP, IBM, InterSystems, Intel, JD Edwards, and PeopleSoft. He has also served in senior executive positions at several technology companies and led data communications software development at NASA headquarters. He holds a degree in business and economics from Pennsylvania State University. |

| George Dziedzic George Dziedzic has accumulated over 25 years of international experience in B2B software sales and marketing, in both the direct and indirect sales channels. He has previously assisted companies such as Intergraph and SAP in establishing and implementing successful channel strategies. More recently, he has worked in consultancy and market research, primarily helping software vendors to successfully develop and improve their routes to market. He has worked extensively in the area of multiple channels and partner types including OEM, ISV, managed services providers, consultants, systems integrators, VARs, distributors, resellers, hosters and application service providers and has been involved in establishing joint marketing and alliance programs. In his consulting capacity, he has worked with successful corporations and industry leaders, including Sun Microsystems, HP, NetIQ, Sybase, Autodesk and Xerox. |
| John Foster John Foster is the Europe & Middle East Regional Partner at Mckinney Rogers responsible for both leading senior client partnerships as well as developing the team and client base. He joined McKinney Rogers two years ago from EDS Consulting where he worked within and alongside both large and small clients including Rolls Royce, BAES and the MOD to enhance their business performance by achieving strategic alignment, rapidly rising to become the Head of Strategy. During this time, on invitation, working out of Abu Dhabi he transformed the Injazat Consulting Group (an EDS/Abu Dhabi Government Joint Venture) from a failing entity into a highly profitable and respected delivery-focused team. |

An accomplished software developer with over 20 years’ technical experience spanning C++, .Net, C#, J2EE, XML, COBOL and Assembly Language, he deals with pre- and post-sales technical consulting for a number of acute and primary care trusts as well as clients across the telecoms sector. |

Prior to joining InterSystems, he held lead roles in enterprise architecture and development in companies such as IBM, where he led the development strategy for enterprise integration and evolution of global projects using JavaEE5, Distributed Computing, CICS, Flex, SOA and Web services. He focuses on understanding diverse architectures and technologies to lead the way to next-generation solutions surrounding high-performance computing, distributed computing and complex data interactions. |

| Charles King Charles King recently joined InterSystems as a Sales Manager and works in Core Technology in Scotland and developing new InterSystems TrakCare opportunities. He is working on the new NHS Scotland HR replacement project and all the NHS Scotland portal projects. He has over 15 years’ experience specialising in data management software, especially in the healthcare and social welfare sector. Before joining InterSystems he worked for Experian QAS, in which he played an important role in building and delivering a data quality strategy for NHS Scotland. He has a BA honours in business studies from Napier Business School. |

Before joining InterSystems, he worked as a developer for both SMS Ireland and Grapevine Solutions and worked in research in medical physics. He has a BSc in physics from Loughborough University. |
| David Loveluck David Loveluck is InterSystems’ Product Manager for integration products. He joined InterSystems in 1999, and works closely with customers and all InterSystems departments to ensure that Ensemble and HealthShare meet customers’ needs. He has a Bachelor of Science in pure and applied mathematics from the University of Bristol, England and a Master of Science degree in pure mathematics from Liverpool University, England. |
![]() | Dr Mark Massias Dr Mark Massias is a Senior Sales Engineer at InterSystems in the UK. He has been working at InterSystems since 2002 and has been involved in helping InterSystems’ telecoms customers to develop solutions based on InterSystems’ database and integration technology. This includes applications delivering Operational Support Systems (OSS), mobile fraud detection and telecoms billing. He works specifically in the healthcare and telecoms sectors, and has worked extensively with InterSystems’ healthcare customers in a variety of areas, including spine integration. |

He works across the company’s customer portfolio, especially within the healthcare industry, and has experience in enabling organisations to communicate more effectively across departments. Prior to InterSystems, he spent 10 years as a Java development and support contractor, working for organisations ranging from large blue chips such as IBM and HP to public sector institutions such as Strathclyde Council. He started his career at Barclays. |

Prior to joining InterSystems in 2008, he held several positions, including Security Architect, Development Lead, and Head of the Performance & Scalability Group, at Epic Systems Corporation, a leading healthcare application vendor in the US. Prior to joining the company, he spent five years doing research at Harvard University in molecular modelling and high-performance computing. Previously, he was General Manager and Vice President of Molecular Simulations Inc. with P&L responsibility for the life sciences market and technical responsibility for research and development. Before that he held technical or senior management positions at Automatix, Cognition, and Computervision. He has a Master’s degree in mathematics from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Master’s in mathematical physics from University College, Cork. |
![]() | John Paladino John Paladino directs the activities of the InterSystems support, quality assurance, internal computer operations, and customer education groups. Since joining InterSystems in 1984, he has been instrumental in developing an automated support tracking system, customer training programs for all InterSystems software products, creation and implementation of service standards designed to improve responsiveness and increase customer satisfaction, and multiple domestic and international team-building initiatives. He came to InterSystems after a three-year stint as a systems engineer with New England Pathology, where he was responsible for acquiring, implementing, and managing a variety of information technologies. His background includes multi-disciplinary course work at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Lowell. |
![]() | Louise Parberry Louise Parberry has been working for InterSystems for 11 years. Previously, she worked for Micronetics in a similar role and in the retail sector as an application programmer, and has spent many years in the fields of scientific computing and numerical analysis. Her specialisms include object and web development, incorporating CSP, XML, SVG and bitmap indexing. On the application side she is regularly involved in MSM and relational database conversions. She also assists InterSystems’ customers with SQL optimisation and benchmarking. On the system side she advises on large server configuration, performance testing and disaster recovery. |

![]() | Bryan Richter Bryan Richter has over 25 years’ experience across enterprise, mid-market and SME sectors, as well as Cloud/SaaS and traditional business models. As UK Country Manager, he oversees Mamut’s Software-Plus-Services strategy in the UK and is responsible for launching the company’s flagship product, Mamut One. He is also responsible for building on the successful 10-year Norwegian heritage in the UK market by driving sales of Mamut’s user-friendly and value-for-money solutions to smaller businesses. Prior to his role at Mamut he achieved significant success as Vice President of Sales in Northern Europe for Chordiant Software, including closing the biggest deal in Chordiant’s history. Before Chordiant, Bryan was Vice President for Trillium Software in EMEA. He represents Mamut at both BASDA and the Cloud Industry Forum and is a member of BASDA’s General Council. | Jonathan Selby Jonathan Selby is responsible for directing the region’s business strategy. Prior to joining InterSystems in September 2010, he enjoyed a successful international career in Europe and America across a variety of IT specialities and cultural boundaries in which he won multi-million dollar accounts. His previous roles include the Vice President EMEA Field Sales for SPSS (a subsidiary of IBM), and the Sales Director for Oracle’s Fusion middleware. He has a MBA from London Business School. |
![]() | Steve Shaw Steve joined InterSystems as a Sales Engineer in 2011 and helps InterSystems partners and customers to design and build complex solutions to achieve their business goals. Currently he is working with the NHS to build interfaces for large scale integration projects. He also works directly with the technical pre-sales team in healthcare and financial services to ensure customers get the maximum benefits from InterSystems’ core technologies. Prior to joining InterSystems, Steve specialised in the Java sphere with a focus on SOA, ESB as well as Rich Internet Applications to front composite applications. He has gained a wide range of experience since graduating from Royal Holloway, University of London with a BSc in computer science. He has worked in a number of technical and consulting roles for Sybase, Sun Microsystems and Oracle. He is also a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect. |

| Tom Spencer Tom Spencer joined InterSystems as a Sales Engineer in 2011 and supports InterSystems partners and end-users. With a special focus on the healthcare sector, he works on large scale Integration projects delivering InterSystems ITK capabilities and NHS spine connectivity. Having developed expertise across a wide range of enterprise-level tools and technologies, he also works with InterSystems Extreme Java interface on the underlying Caché database. He has over 15 years’ experience in Enterprise IT spanning financial services, telecoms and logistics. Before joining InterSystems he worked for TNT as a senior architect, delivering IT integration projects on a global scale. He has also worked for a number of other global organisations including IBM, CMG and Marsh. |

| Nigel Turner Nigel Turner joined InterSystems as a Sales Manager in 2011 and works on the InterSystems Partner Program to identify and recruit new Application Partners that can deliver breakthrough applications based on InterSystems’ core technologies. His role is also focused on forging links with software trade bodies. He has worked for a number of major software companies including Microsoft, Informix and Software AG in a variety of partner management roles and has extensive experience both in the UK and internationally – in his previous role at Microsoft he was responsible for running a corporate programme for assisting international Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). |
![]() | Rob Tweed Rob Tweed is a rare commodity in the world of IT: an experienced application developer, actively working with the newest and latest technologies, but also an equally experienced management consultant. Since 1996, he has been a director and co-founder of M/Gateway Developments Ltd, a UK company specialising in Web, internet and integration technologies. Prior to this, he worked for Touche Ross Management Consultants in their healthcare IT practice and their small business advisory team. He has assisted major companies worldwide to develop ground-breaking enterprise-scale Web applications and advises customers on the future development and direction of those applications to support their businesses. His areas of expertise include cloud computing, NoSQL databases, mobile application development, Web technologies and the Javascript language. |
![]() | Maxim Vershinin Maxim Vershinin joined InterSystems in 2007 and supports the technical pre-sales of Caché and Ensemble. He works primarily in the financial sector, managing a number of financial accounts, including 3i Infotech, Adam & Co and Legal & General. After obtaining a PhD in computer science and a Master’s in economics, Maxim worked as a J2EE team leader and project manager at TogetherSoft (later Borland). He then became a technical lead at Sun Microsystems and an application architect at RBS, where he developed his expertise in J2EE, Java, SOA, project management and architecture. |
| Phil Walker Phil Walker, a non-executive director of publishing systems developer PCS Ltd since 2005, took over as MD at the beginning of April 2008 after moving from his role as IT Director for the independent media house, the Claverley Group. He joined MNA Media in 1995, becoming IT Director in 1999. He was also a member of the board of the Channel Islands-based Guiton Publishing Group. His passions are fishing and football. That said, he is likely to net more often on the riverbank than his beloved Middlesbrough FC manage at their Riverside Stadium. |
| Peter Walton Dr Peter Walton qualified in medicine in 1981 – a graduate of Cambridge University & St Thomas’s Hospital London, and was the first doctor to undertake the two-year full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) course at London Business School – graduating in 1988. After a few years working in the pharmaceutical industry and in healthcare management consultancy, in 1993 he became founding Managing Director of Dendrite in 1993 – now an international clinical database and medical publishing company with major clients in over 40 countries. He leads a team implementing innovative clinical database software across the world for hospitals and national/international registries. Dendrite have developed a robust, reliable and replicable methodology for establishing an international clinical outcome benchmarking system which is now in use around the globe by numerous specialist medical & surgical societies. |
| Mark Wilkinson Mark Wilkinson was appointed Business Development Manager for publishing systems developer PCS Ltd in the summer of 2011. He was previously at Microsoft, where he was an EMEA Partner Manager for their Authorised Reseller programme. His focus is on driving PCS forward into new markets and sectors, not only in the UK, but across Europe. |
